Based on their FAQ

We are currently planning to have all accounts transferred by February 28, 2009. At that time if your account has not been updated, you will no longer be able to access your account at http://www.feedburner.com, and your feeds will either begin returning a "404 Not Found" response or a "301 Moved" response back to your source feed.

Google will move all of the FeedBurner accounts into their Google accounts and Its getting close to date where Feedburner will move on to Google by February 28th 2009 so if you have had account at Feedburner, then you'd better move it. It takes up to 7 days to move all your feeds, so hurry up now.

In case you didn't find "Move Your Feeds" Link on your feedburner dasboard, then use these simple steps

  1. Log into Feedburner

  2. Log into the google account

  3. Then click on the following link to make the transfer.
    https://feedburner.google.com/migration/start.action?hl=en

I know its sounds old to you as i forgot to post it in my draft folder, but better be late than never :p
